Remove the first zero from the local number when the country format requires it.
Read a Message Deleted After Delivery
This feature only works when the message reaches your phone before the sender deletes it. It cannot recover a message that never arrived. A photo, video, or voice note may also be missing when the file was not downloaded first. This is why the result is not the same for every deleted item.
